You don’t need prior business or insurance knowledge — we believe in empowering practitioners through openness and shared understanding. And while there are opportunities to help shape the practice, there’s no requirement to be involved in operations. If you simply want to come in, practice good medicine, and be part of a supportive team, that’s welcome too.
